“I listen to the band from my youth, and feel the nostalgia that makes me calm and focused,” he continued.

According to surveys conducted through the application of health knowledge sharing. Almost all (90%) surgeons and resident surgeries listen to music in the operating room. With a majority of 89% preferring playlists rather than albums. Nearly a third (31%) of these doctors have more than five often played playlists.

According to doctors who joined the survey, the music calmed them in the operating room, helping to improve mood and focus, and drop tension when there are moments of silence.

“The music calms the atmosphere and improves the behavior of the staff,” says one surgeon.

Others added, “Sometimes the music makes the room so much more relaxed and coördinated, and at other times it can also be uplifting.”
